We are aware that sometimes plans or events don’t fit into this time frame, and that’s no problem at all. This will be a small fee to compensate for a staff member to be waiting for you after hours.

Should the guest choose to stay longer he/she should inform a Beach House Property Company representative and pay for the night in advance subject to availability. Should they fail to do this, it is presumed that he/she is staying, and they will be charged accordingly. Can please let us know, in advance, your check out time.

Electricity & Self Catering Policy:
Our properties are self-catering, meaning you’ll have the freedom and flexibility to dine in at your own convenience. To get you started, we provide you with the following complimentary essentials: 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet, 1 bin bag, shampoo, body wash, lotion, conditioner, tea, instant coffee, sugar, and milk. Replenish these as needed. If your apartment has a dishwasher and you’d like to use it, just bring your own dishwasher tablets/powder along please!
Please note that most of our apartments are equipped with pay-as-you-go electricity and water meters. To ensure a comfortable stay, we’ve generously pre-loaded each unit with an average usage allowance for a small family.
For longer stays 7 Days+, you may need to purchase additional units for electricity or water. This allows us to promote responsible consumption and keep costs manageable for all guests & property owners.

(The cleaning fee you made on your booking is a departure clean and laundry after you have vacated and not a serviced housekeeping during your stay.
BY SIGNING BELOW, I AGREE THAT I HAVE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROPERTY & OUR STAY.
The guest, by signing this registration form, warrants that they and all persons represented by him/her will be bound by these conditions.
- Check-out Time: Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Guests wishing to extend their stay must notify a Beach House Property Company representative in advance, make payment for additional nights, subject to availability. Failure to do so will result in automatic charges.
- Liability Agreement: The guest and their party acknowledge that Beach House Property Company shall not be held liable for any injury, loss of life, or damage to property due to fire, theft, negligence, or wrongful acts by any Beach House Property Company staff.
- Right of Admission: Management reserves the right to admit guests and reserves the right to evict guests or visitors who do not adhere to the conditions, including noise and unacceptable behaviour, not in the interest of Beach House Property Company or its other guests/visitors.
- Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is at 14:00, and check-out time is strictly at 10:00. Early departure will result in charges for the originally booked stay.
- Quiet Hours: Guests must adhere to quiet hours from 21:30 PM to 7:30 AM. Failure to do so may result in a R1,500.00 fine and immediate eviction with no compensation or refund.
- Damage Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and these charges will be deducted from the breakage deposit. In the event that the damages are greater than the breakage deposit, guests will be invoiced for the balance.
- No Smoking Policy: The property strictly prohibits smoking. Designated smoking areas must be used. Violations may result in a R500.00 penalty, payable before check-out or debited from your credit card.
- Waiver of Claims: Guests waive all claims against the owner, associates, servants, employees, or anyone connected to the property, regardless of negligence. This waiver extends to family members, guests, or invitees.
- Access and Events: Only resident guests have access to the property. Visitors, parties, and events are not permitted on the property
- Property & Resident: No washing is permitted to be hung on the balconies
