We have a dedicated guest customer service team. Anlé Britz is our guest liaison Manager leads our dynamic and versatile team.
From the moment a guest makes a booking to the day the guest checkouts of a property our team at on hand 24 hours per day.
Once a booking has been confirmed then Anlé and her team will be notified. Once they have received the notification Anlé will personally be in touch with the guest to introduce herself and to go through the details of the guests arrival such as arrival times, any preference, stock the pantry, airport collections and drop-offs or make a booking on a guests behalf at one of our famous restaurants the Western Seaboard has to offer.
Once we know of the guest’s arrival time, we will ensure a member of staff is waiting at the front door and preparing you for your stay. We will ensure you have all that is required to sit back and relax whether that be internet passwords, directions to the nearest shop or perhaps wanting to try your luck at kite surfing the famous Blouberg Beaches.
In each property we supply a detailed booklet showing you exactly what the property includes, these would be items such as shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, milk dishwashing liquid, black bags, washing up materials such as sponges/clothes and liquids. All that is required to just arrive and get you started 😊
Also in this booklet will have all emergency contact details within the building or external numbers, local banks, safety tips, the properties full address, parking instructions or paring bay numbers, options of television whether this is Netflix/Showmax or DSTV with a detailed channel list, internet details showing passwords and access, a local area with suggested shops restaurants, bars, cafes and services such as car wash or even the closest salon to the apartment.
The booklets are extremely detailed and so will have 99% of all your questions you may have while staying in the property but should it not or should there be an instance whereby you can not find what you are looking for, we do have our after-hours customer service details clearly shown inside the property and within minutes you will be able to speak to one of our helpful members of staff to answer any questions you may have.
We do our best to allow for guests to just relax and put all the world`s problems behind them but during their stay or even at check-in we do require a suitable time for check out to ensure we are waiting for you at your chosen time to wish you well and see you on your way 😊
