- Cancellation Policy
- 50% non-refundable deposit required immediately upon booking and the outstanding 50% required 30 days prior to arrival to secure your booking. Should your booking be within 30 days of arrival 100% of the booking total will be required. Please note although we take exception for unforeseen circumstances to refund your deposit would not be able to unless we are able to fill the room during your requested dates which will be clearly communicated with our guests.
- Additional rules information
- - We offer a complimentary daily brief clean of the communal areas of inside the house and any fireplaces or BBQs that may have been used overnight. Please kindly treat our ladies with respect and try leave the house in a reasonable condition for them to clean during your stay. Unacceptable conditions may result in deposit being withheld or a complimentary clean incomplete. - We do provide salt/pepper/washing liquid and dishwashing tablets and more than sufficient for your stay but don’t hesitate to contact us if you require more - We do provide 2 bags of wood and so replenish is based on an honesty policy of wood in the - storeroom at R 60 per bag. - There is NO Airconditioning - NO back up power system or battery back up No parties or guests unless pre-approved by the host. Check in 14:00 - 18:00 Check out 8:00 -10:00. Any times outside these hours will be changed as follows: - After 6pm is R 150 - After 8pm is R 250 - After 10pm is R 350 - After midnight is R 450 - Check out before 7am - R 350
